• I want you to find a cleaning lady so I can deal directly with her without the website. Is it possible?

  Yes, we will be happy to select a trained and trusted cleaner for you so you can deal with her directly. We will listen to your requirements and select a professional based on your criteria. If you are happy with the choice, you'll be asked to pay the agency fee.

• How far in advance should I place an order?

  The minimum time before the cleaner's arrival time should be 24 hours. We recommend that you make reservations in advance so our cleaner can plan their time. But if you need cleaning urgently, we will try to help.

• Can I order a partial cleaning, such as simply cleaning windows?

  Yes, you can simply order a minimum time of 4 hours (choosing a one-bedroom apartment with one bathroom) and use it on any of the cleaning services. Just make a note in the comment section that you want all 4 hours to be used for windows, for example

• How is the cleaning time calculated?

  It's very simple. The kitchen generally requires 2 hours of cleaning time, 1 hour per toilet or bathroom and 1 hour for the living room or bedroom. Calculated cleaning time may vary depending on a number of factors. Our cleaning fairy will confirm the total time needed to make your place look spotless! Do not worry, our fairies work quickly and efficiently, as this impacts their rating as well as reviews.

• In what cities is your service available?

  Currently, the service is available in Kyiv, Kyiv region, Lviv, Lviv region and Odesa.
  For travel outside Kyiv city limits & Lviv city limits  there's a surcharge of 160UAH

• What cleaning supplies do your cleaners have when I choose additional service " Cleaning supplies'?

  We have developed a list of cleaning supplies that our cleaners will have should you choose to use a "cleaner's cleaning supplies"

  • kitchen detergent
  • multi-purpose
  • bathroom cleaner
  • gloves
  • sponges with an abrasive side
  • microfiber
  • wipes for cleaning mirrors

• I am dissatisfied with the quality of cleaning

  If such an unfortunate situation happens, we will be happy to offer you a refund or a free service.

• How is a cleaner's rating formed?

  Only customers who have used our services can leave reviews and ratings

• Can I trust your cleaners? How exactly do you verify them?

  We are very serious about the selection of our cleaners
  All of our cleaners undergo a 4 stage verification process which includes:

  Also, we make sure our cleaners have a clean background (we check for criminal records in the public registers). We constantly check on progress of each of our team members  and analyze feedback given by customers. Additionally, we organize trainings and other actitivites aimed at improving our service. 

• How do I leave a review?

  We and other moms appreciate your opinion. Right after the cleaner completes the work, you will get a request on your phone number and e-mail to submit a review. Please share your opinion!

• What if I forgot my password?

  Just click on the "Forgot Password" link and enter your email address that was used during registration. Your new password will be sent to you via email

• How do I register?

  Registration takes place during your first order. Simply enter your details in the order form. Your information will be auto-populated for any additional orders

• How do I pay?

  You pay by cash to our cleaner.

• Do you offer additional services?

  Our experts can efficiently clean your home or office. In addition, they can do laundry, clean windows, or appliances. Just select the appropriate additonal services when placing your order. You only pay for the total number of hours. Our extra services:

  Clean the inside of the refrigerator - 1 hour

  Clean the inside of the oven - 1 hour

  Remove grease from the kitchen hood vent - 1 hour

  Remove animal fur - 1 hour

  Clean bathroom tiles from mold and dirt -1 hour

  Clean windows (2 standard windows) - 1 hour

  Laundry - 0.5 hour

  Change a bed linen - 0.5 hour

  Wash dishes (except dishes in the sink, washing dishes in the sink is included with regular cleaning) - 0.5 hour

  Cleaner's cleaning supplies (Please make sure you have a vacuum cleaner, mop and a bucket) - 140 or 160uah

  Clean chandeliers - 1 hour

  Clean and water plants - 0.5 hours

  Organize the inside of a wardrobe - 1 hour

  Clean the inside of the kitchen cabinets - 1 hour

  Ironing bedding, towels - 0.5 hours

  Ironing - 1 hour

  Yard work - 1 hour

  Footwear care - 0.5 hours

  I live in a private home (surcharge 140 or 160UAH for leaving the city limit) - 1 hour

• How much does cleaning cost?

  Any home or office, cleaning costs 350UAH per hour with 100% transparency in our pricing. Get a discount on regular cleaning: 1 hour = 300UAH, instead of 350UAH 😊. You choose the number of hours needed to perform the services and pay for the required time. Our cleaners are experts and we guarantee a high quailty of their services. However, if you are dissatisfied with the cleaning, please submit a photo or video, and we will be happy to provide a refund or offer similar service for free.

• How do I cancel an order?

  If your plans changed and you need to cancel your order, please call us: +380 (98) 914 56 19 ( from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) та  +380 (67) 685 40 42 ( from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.) . We appreciate your time and the time of our cleaners so we would be very grateful if you request the cancellation in advance.

• How to order regular cleaning and how does it work?

  Get a discount on regular cleaning: 1 hour = 180 UAH, instead of 200 UAH 😊

  🔸Step 1: On «Order cleaning» page you can select the Regular order. Select the desired frequency: 1 time per week; 1 cleaning every 2 weeks; once a month.

  🔸Step 2: On the stage of choosing a cleaner, you will be able to choose the one you like and this cleaning fairy will clean your home regularly, or select option «Choose fairy automatically» and we will automatically pick a cleaner for each cleaning.

  🔸The new order will be created automatically as soon as the previous order is completed (you will receive an e-mail and sms with information about the new order). You can always change the date / time and cleaner by calling us
